Agro-Prompta
Nature, Empowerment & Health

About Us
Agropromta was established on 25th January 2021. We specialize in advancing Africa’s rich tradition of medicinal plants by cultivating, researching, and supporting the sustainable use of natural resources. Our work ensures that the raw materials we produce are consistent in quality and meet international best practices for natural health products.

We collaborate closely with local communities across Africa to rediscover and preserve potent medicinal plants that have been valued for generations. Through these partnerships, we honor indigenous knowledge while applying modern agricultural and scientific methods to unlock the full potential of these plants for global wellness.
Agropromta is committed to responsible farming practices, research excellence, and community empowerment. Our approach is guided by respect for nature, a commitment to scientific integrity, and a passion for making a lasting positive impact on health and livelihoods.
What We do
1
Cultivation of Medicinal Plants
We are actively cultivating a wide range of African medicinal plants on our 50 plots of dedicated farmland in Abia State, Nigeria. These farms serve as our primary nurseries, ensuring full traceability and quality control of our botanical materials. The plants we grow are used as raw materials for our factory, where we process them into high-quality products for global markets
2
Community Engagement and Plant Discovery
Through strategic partnerships with local communities across Africa, we are identifying and documenting traditional medicinal plants with historical significance and proven effectiveness. Our approach respects indigenous knowledge systems while advancing scientific validation.
3
Research & Development
Agropromta is investing in the establishment of state-of-the-art laboratories. Our labs will focus on the analysis of plant materials, ingredient profiling, and quality assurance testing, ensuring that every product sourced from our farms meets stringent global standards.
4
Farmer Support and Training
We believe in empowering the hands that nurture our crops. Agropromta provides continuous training programs for rural farmers, with a special focus on women. We guide them in sustainable farming techniques, quality assurance practices, and transaction management with third-party buyers, promoting both agricultural excellence and financial literacy.
5
Sustainability and Impact
At the core of our operations is a deep commitment to sustainability — environmental, social, and economic. We practice organic farming, encourage biodiversity conservation, and create livelihood opportunities that uplift communities.
