NDUBISI EZENGWA - Chiraman/Managing Director
Endi is a UK-qualified assessor and internal verifier of National Vocational Qualifications with over 15 years’ experience in the TVET and skills sector.
He founded and managed a vocational college in London contracted by the UK Skills Funding Agency to upskill the workforce. Since relocating to Nigeria, he has consulted for the African Development Bank, World Bank, Federal Ministry of Education, and several state governments on developing Technical and Vocational Education in Africa.
He established Innoson Kiara Academy (Nnewi, Enugu) for training Niger Delta ex-militants in automobile and plastic manufacturing, and Kiara De Luke Academy (Aba) for training unemployed youths in construction and garment making. He also created and manages the Abia State Education for Employment (E4E) programme, securing $18 million YESSO funding from the World Bank. Passionate about vocational qualifications in Nigeria, he focuses on bridging the gap between education and the labour market, particularly for SMEs.

WILLIAMS ANTHONY AMBO - ACA – General Manager
Results-driven Chartered Accountant (ACA) with 16+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management across banking, construction, manufacturing, and consultancy sectors. Proven track record in financial reporting, tax compliance, ERP systems (SAP B1, Finacle), process automation, and internal controls.
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance under IFRS and global standards. Seeking to contribute accounting expertise in a challenging international environment.

LILIAN EJEME ALEJE - Executive Assistant to the CEO
A certified legal practitioner with a track record in Litigation, Corporate Governance, Project Management, Human Resources Management, Business proposal/Policy writing, Training Coordination, Legal Consultations, Legal Drafting, and Compliances.
With years of experience in the corporate law space, she has developed diverse skillsets that enable her to provide strategic legal and business advice to clients in various industries.

CHRISTOPHER EZENGWA - Project Manager
Christopher Ezengwa is an Architect and Project Manager with a strong background in real estate, construction, and creative design. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Architecture from Covenant University and brings extensive experience in project management, design coordination, and construction supervision.
As Director and Resident Architect at Priscilla Davis Nig Ltd, he leads architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, innovation, and sustainable development. Skilled in 3D design, animation, and team leadership, Christopher is passionate about transforming ideas into impactful structures that drive real estate growth in Nigeria.

IFEANYI JOSEPH OKEKE - Technical Manager
Engr. Ifeanyi Joseph Okeke, AMIMechE, is a Mechanical Engineer and Training Manager with expertise in engineering design, renewable energy, and technical education. A member of NSE, IAEng, and IMechE, he holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and has led projects in automotive design, industrial fabrication, and solar energy.
With over a decade of experience spanning manufacturing, training, and research, he is passionate about innovation, youth empowerment, and advancing technical skills development.
